Understand the score before chasing speed
Blink Sprint is a 45-second click-or-tap arcade round. A green dot is a target; a red × is a decoy. There is no health bar or scientific reaction-time result. Your score measures hits and streaks in this game only.
- Select Start 45s. The first target is a green dot. Click or tap the symbol, not the decorative background.
- Your first correct hit adds 100 points. If the next symbol is also a dot, hit it for 115 more: two uninterrupted hits total 215.
- If a red × appears, leave it alone. Targets refresh periodically, so waiting is safer than tapping a decoy. Restart round begins a fresh 45 seconds and resets the current score.
What the game actually checks
A correct hit adds 100 + 15 × the number of previous correct hits in the current streak. Three consecutive hits earn 100 + 115 + 130 = 345. A decoy resets the combo and subtracts 75 points, never below zero. A target changing before you tap it does not itself deduct points or reset the streak.
Stuck? Check the symptom
- A symbol changed while I was looking at it
- The field refreshes about every 780 milliseconds, and after each tap. Check the current symbol instead of tapping the position of the previous one.
- My score fell
- You tapped a red ×. After a three-hit total of 345, a decoy leaves 270 and resets the next successful hit to 100.
- My best score did not change during a round
- The saved best is updated when the timer finishes. Restarting early abandons that unfinished result. There is no account, cloud save, or global ranking.
For a first practice round, prioritize avoiding red × marks over hitting every dot. Compare your own finished rounds, not invented player averages. The game is entertainment and does not diagnose or train a medical condition.
